[NOMINATION] Norman Maurer

Norman is probably the younger (in term of real age) PMC member and one
of the latest to become PMC member, but he proved to be mature and he's
always been politically correct and soft in discussions, trying to
listen and please everyone (even too much I would say ;-) ).

So I'd like to nominate him.
