Downgrade Pri, Sev. Only happens with extensions in a specific container, so 
while it may be a serious bug, it doesn't block main product functionality or 
cause problems in other environments.
Also: unless we can get other active xalanites with this environment to 
reproduce this, or get the original submitter to supply more data (as already 
requested by Gary) then I vote to close this bug as Invalid.
