Help Configuring TOMCAT 4.0.5 BETA

I couldn't install tomcat4.0.5 beta with 
jdk1.4 on REDHAT 6.2. I get following errors.
I tried both SOURCE/BINARY it gives the same error.
I will be really thankfull to u if u could tell
me where did I went wrong or whats needed exactly
to install tomcat4.0.5 with jdk1.4.
