[PR] Run the failsafe ITs through maven-executor instead of maven-invoker [maven-gpg-plugin]

   maven-invoker is deprecated in favour of [maven-executor](https://github.com/apache/maven-executor) (apache/maven-invoker#164). The test helper now builds an `ExecutorRequest` (the invoker's setters become CLI options: `-B -V -X -e -s <settings> -f <pom> -D…`, the local repository `-Dmaven.repo.local`, the 60 s safeguard `executionTimeout`) and runs it through `ForkedMavenExecutor` on the `maven.home` the failsafe configuration already passes; the build log is the executor's stdout and stderr. `BuildResult` carries the `ExecutorResult`. The interactive test asks for a request without `-B` instead of flipping batch mode afterwards. maven-executor 1.0.0 is dependency-less and Java 8, and its signing key (Tamás Cservenák, in the Maven KEYS file) is added to `pgp-keys-map.list`.
   
   Verified: `mvn -Prun-its verify` → the 10 failsafe ITs pass (4 BC, 5 gpg placement, 1 interactive without passphrase).
