@kristw I was thinking using the id that's already assigned to each tooltip (e.g. `<div class="nvtooltip xy-tooltip" id="nvtooltip-54371" ...`) instead of `.nvtooltip` as the selector. Just looking through the doc to see if we could get that `id` from the `element` that's passed in.
