Initial version of the patch. Nothing to review yet, but deb and rpm packages could be build, if there's a pre-build version of the binaries. The current limitation is caused by the fact that current HAWQ build process requires a special docker (with extra tools, I imagine). Until this tooling is available in the standard Bigtop slave, this dirty hack will remain just for the development.
