| DESCRIPTION |
Run TemplatesAPITest r1.6 or code similar to:
val = anyTransformer.getOutputProperty("{bogus-name");

BUG returns null for val; should have thrown IllegalArgumentException.
Causes TemplatesAPITest.testCase4() to have two Fail results (once with
identityTranformer, once with a regular transformer).

Note: Although I'm not sure exactly what I do want to happen, I'm entering this
because the javax.xml.transform.Transformer javadoc clearly specifies that
applications can "safely check for a non-null URI by testing to see if the first
character of the name is a '{' character". We should fix and/or update the
javadoc to cover error cases like this one.
