We found the same issue on the Pulsar side. https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues/17520
We tested bk 4.15.0, and the unit test passed, but for bk 4.15.1, the unit test failed.
I revert PR https://github.com/apache/bookkeeper/pull/3239 in my local env, the unit test still failed with another exception.
