    Resolution: Fixed

Updated ITs, everything is building successfully now.

There were configuration issues that were also causing the error like:

* Which .NET framework was set first in the Environment Path
* $(MSBuildBinPath)\Microsoft.WinFX.targets should be added on the project file so that it can be recognized as a WPF project
* nunit-console version

If there are users which will have failures on some of the ITs it could be caused by these configs on the user's machine.
