Hi.

We'd like to enable [codecov.io|http://codecov.io] PR comments for cordova-lib repo.

Our coverage reports is already being sent to service, but we'd like to have [these nice comments with coverage diffs|] on each PR. However this requires that someone with appropriate access to GitHub repo will log into codecov.io with associated GitHub account and enable the feature on the corresponding page: https://codecov.io/github/apache/cordova-lib/features/comment
