Test Suites kept skipping

Hi all,
I'm trying to run a test suite.
My command is

sh$ ant clean && ant all && java
org.apache.derbyTesting.functionTests.harness.RunSuite derbytools
sh$ cat derbytools_report.txt | sed -n '/^Summary/,/----/p'

And the out put is always

Summary results:

Test Run Started: 2010-03-17 20:45:56.0
Test Run Duration: 00:00:02

0 Tests Run
 0% Pass (0 tests passed)
 0% Fail (0 tests failed)
6 Suites skipped
------------------------------------------------------

derbytools_skip.txt is as follows.

derbyall/derbyall.skip:derbyall:derbynetmats:derbynetmats
derbyall/derbyall.skip:derbyall:derbynetmats:jdbcapi
derbyall/derbyall.skip:derbyall:derbynetmats:jdbc20
derbyall/derbyall.skip:derbyall:derbynetmats:derbynetmats
derbyall/derbyall.skip:derbyall:derbynetmats:jdbcapi
derbyall/derbyall.skip:derbyall:derbynetmats:jdbc20

, Can someone give me some idea, to avoid this skipping? (I went through the
maii archive, but couldn't find )

Have you checked the .sum-file? Perhaps there is a stack trace there that can give you a clue.

Usually this means that jakarta-oro-2.0.8.jar is missing from your 
classpath.
