[ANNOUNCE] New committer: Lei Sun

Hi Gobblin community,


The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Gobblin (incubating) has invited Lei Sun to become a committer and we are pleased to announce that he has accepted.

Lei has been a key contributor to Gobblin. He has made over 100 commits which are available here:

  *   implementing the state store migration tool

  *   adding pipelining of hive registration by introducing the TaskStateCollectorService
  *   implementing the FS job catalog
  *   various fixes and enhancements related to ORC support
