Add a Comment to a Run in a .docx-file

Hello,

I obtain paragraphs which meet certain criteria from my .docx-file. I
process them and want to annotate specific words (make comments in a word)
in that same document later.
Everything works fine so far, besides the commenting part. I didn't find a
way do to this.
