Edge node (endpoint is not local) status did not update after docker execution, provisioning service request was send

*Preconditions:*
 # SSN is created

*Steps to reproduce:*
 # Create project(edge node)

*Actual result:*
 # Project creation stuck on stage 'creation'

*Expected result:*
 # Project creation is successful
