F or example:
var userCookie = cocoon.response.createCookie("username", httpState.getCredentials(null, host).getUserName());
userCookie.maxAge = 60*60*24*30; //30 days
userCookie.path = "/";
cocoon.response.addCookie(userCookie);

can any one specify the way to set the age of a cookie in flowscript.

Don't forget to use an import statement at the top of your flowscript:
importClass(Packages.org.apache.cocoon.environment.Cookie);
