I am reopening this as the scope has now changed to get rid of the compile time dependency from the code on guava as it really isn’t needed except for tests

Looking at the [pom.xml|https://github.com/apache/activemq/blob/9abe2c6f97c92fc99c5a2ef02846f62002a671cf/activemq-broker/pom.xml#L86-L90] of the activemq-broker the guava dependency is under the section "Testing Dependencies".
