Win32 and SSL setup... (V2.0.39)

Hi 
I wish to implement SSL on Apache 2.0.39 on WinXP (Win32).

What do I need to do this?
1. I have MS Visual Studio (C++) so I can compile.
2. I get the sources
3. What else do I need?
4. Is there a nice step by step doco/howto?
