todo/release

The only issue left in todo/release is about a reported leak in PerlRun scripts.

I have tried various different ways to reproduce this and failed so far. The original
bug reporters didn't provide much valuable information.

At this point, I am not sure if we should keep this issue in todo/release or just
move it to todo/bug_mp and not let it stop a potential release.

sounds good.  I'd keep todo/release around, though, as a placeholder for
stuff that might come up.  "solving" the Apache2 issue should go in there as
a showstopper, for instance.
