htpasswd.exe error

           Summary: htpasswd.exe error
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.39
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows 9x
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: apb@jazznsax.com

When I attempted to use htpasswd.exe -c to create a new passwd file, I kept
getting an error that -n and -c conflict. Yet, I never issued the -n switch.

Anyway, I reverted to 1.3.26 as it satisfies my needs.

Hope this helps. Hope I didn't submit something you knew. I did try to find
this bug reported before.
