[jira] [Created] (CLIMATE-108) Clean up UI CSS files

Michael Joyce created CLIMATE-108:
-------------------------------------

Summary: Clean up UI CSS files
                 Key: CLIMATE-108
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLIMATE-108
             Project: Apache Open Climate Workbench
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: rcmet ui
    Affects Versions: 0.1-incubating
            Reporter: Michael Joyce
            Assignee: Michael Joyce
            Priority: Blocker
             Fix For: 0.1-incubating

The new UI's css directory needs to be cleaned up a bit before we release.

There are left over css files that are no longer used (jasney stuff).
There are library specific css files that should be moved to a separate directory.
