Contributing blogs to https://blogs.apache.org/apex

Hi Apache Community,

  We are a few Apache Apex enthusiasts who are eager to contribute blogs to
https://blogs.apache.org/apex, modeling after blogs in
https://blogs.apache.org/couchdb/ or the like.  We are wondering how to get
a section in your blogs started for apex and what is the process to get
blogs posted, etc.  Any pointers will help and we appreciate your help!

The Apex PMC can request a blog as per http://www.apache.org/dev/project-blogs
