I have upgraded superset from `1.3.0` to `1.4.2`, When i run the command `superset init`, i get the same error which is `ValueError: Invalid Decryption key`. I have set it up on ubuntu machine(from scratch). Even though i am able to login into superset portal and view charts that were created in the previous version, the `init` command throws the error.
Let me know how to resolve it.
NOTE: For db's we are using managed database, and sqlite for superset which is default one.
