Commons Lang 2.4 is not in public maven repo
Hi,
it seems that for some strange reason commons lang has not been added to
the public m2 repo:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/commons-lang/commons-lang/

Nudged the maven-repo list again. My fault - I forgot that that hadn't
gone through and should have blocked the announcement.
It's because we've not moved to org.apache.commons as a groupId.
