howtos
Is there any reason why some of the "howtos" in the
http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/turbine-2/howto/
directory do not show up on the site. The context
howto, which I was directed to, does not show up. If
it did, I wouldn't have asked some of the questions.
I also noticed an LDAP howto.

there is a link to the context howto!! 'Velocity Context Howto'
i'm not sure if the ldap stuff is working in 2.x .. it was removed from 3.0 cvs ...
if the ldap howto works, i'll add it to the site (i don't want to add stuff which is not working)
