mapred search question

Hi,

1)Want to know do i have to still run search server
and add server name and port in search-servers.txt
with mapred version to perform search ?.

2)I also got error  after the reduce is 100% , want to
know i have to run crawl again or this index will work
?.

Error :

162604 Task task_r_bzdm5p has failed 4 times. 
Aborting owning job job_7wik0q
051102 162605 Server connection on port 9010 from
80.32.9.120: exiting
