Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Well the information collected here may be valuable. Though not really enough to track down this issue.
It is very plausible, that this has happened due to a JDK bug, but right now the referenced NetBeans and JDK versions are considered outdated.
Please feel free to reopen this issue, but without a reproducible case, this cannot be fixed.
