   ## Summary
   
   The Windows notification-area tray always loaded `default`, which points to the legacy mascot illustration. Use the shipped `sky` geometric M artwork to match the packaged application icon, including in the hidden-icons popup.
   
   ## Verification
   
   - `git diff --check` passed.
   - A direct source/resource check confirmed the tray selects `sky` and the shipped file has a PNG signature.
   - `node --test scripts/verify-packaged-app-icons.test.mjs`: 3 passed; 1 could not run because this clean worktree lacks the `@maka/core` workspace dependency.
   - Windows tray rendering and full build/typecheck were not run in this worktree.
