[jira] Commented: (DERBY-1899) 10.2.1.5 source distribution is missing many files and includes some files that it should not.

Rick Hillegas commented on DERBY-1899:
--------------------------------------

I am working on making these changes to the build script in tools/release. However, I'm unclear what to do about index.html. That web page consists almost entirely of links to items that are not currently included with the source distribution, viz., the user guides and the published javadoc. Why would we want to bundle index.html with the source?

> The source distribution is missing the top-level bin and maven directories, as well as BUILDING.txt, README, index.html, and published-api-overview.html. Also, the tools directory is missing release/build.xml.
> In addition, tools/testing/derby contains a complete set of the Derby 10.1 jars, these should be removed from the -src distribution.
