Is this an error with "make test" for Mail::SPF::Query?  I'm assuming so, because SpamAssassin doesn't 
have a 00_all.t test.  In this case, you'll want to contact the authors of Mail::SPF::Query since there's 
nothing we can do about issues with their code.
