Attached is a diff which removes EncryptionZoneManager.NULL_EZ. As you may recall, the original reason for having this unique instance was so that PB would have something to pass across and not have to deal with nulls. As you'll see, this patch changes the PBHelper code so that it uses id=-1 as the flag for null.
