   Yes, as @shwstppr mentioned. I mean the migrate VM to different storage using migrateVirtualMachine API with storageId as the parameter. This is allowed through UI also. The reason for the error is last_host_id being null post migration. 
   
   Thanks for the PR#5371, I'll test once the PR is ready.
