There appears to be a race condition of some sort with the medic.json file that causes builds to sometimes fail. Happens in [Windows|https://ci.apache.org/builders/cordova-android-win/builds/1490/steps/running-tests/logs/stdio] and [OSX|https://ci.apache.org/builders/cordova-android-osx/builds/1670/steps/running-tests/logs/stdio].
