Where is the RevalidatingDOMParser?

I can not find the RevalidatingDOMParser in
xerces.jar of xerces-1-1-2.  It is in the document,
but not in the code.

It's been removed from the distribution cause it's currently broken because
our restructure to implement Schema. It won't be put back in until somebody
fix it.
