Error : Invalid diff stream: [tgt]

Dear All,

In my SVN server most of the repositories start giving the error if try to 
commit the particular path, where I have "rw" access. As I am system admin,
even I tried with the command mode for all problem reported repositories 
but I failed to checkout even. Then I tried the verification of the 
repository by svnadmin verify Command. It verified half of the revisions 
with no errors, and it gave the bellow mentioned error at 923 rev., where 
the repository is having 2877 revisions. I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS 
PROBLEM STARTED ALL OF SUDDEN. 

Error Message:

Many of the repositories corpted like this. Really I am worrying, I need to
fix this as early as possible. please help all in this regards.

We have around 280 repositories onlinhe and the Apache is configured in 
virtual hosting. If require I shall give my full configuration.

Apache : 2.0.56
SVN : 1.4.5
LDAP authentication.
SERVER OS : MAC OS X 10.4.11 server.

I have a similar (or maybe the same?) problem:

svnadmin verify repos results in:

(The current rev is 178.)

Using fsfsverify.py on 175 gives:

But using the -f option doesn't change anything. The repository is not usable any more, even an svn update is not possible. Please help! How can I repair revision 175?
