   ### Superset version 0.28.1
   
   When I do a db upgrade in 0.28.1 for a database from 0.24.0, the database contains old information. For example, tables that have been modified, go back to their previous configuration. It is as if the db upgrade, is using an old snapshot of the database. I've attached the db upgrade log, and it seems successful.
