Sharing files between projects
Hi,
I have a question about Subversion features.
Visual SourceSafe allows sharing of files between projects (in the same database): when a file has
been modified in one project, changes are propagated to all other projects, so that when a user
updates another project working copy, he will get the new version of the modified file.
Is this feature available in Subversion?
Thank you.

There is a somewhat-comparable feature called "externals" whereby a
directory in Subversion can specify another "external" URL which should
always be retrieved as part of a checkout or export of the first. Read
up on "Externals Definitions" in chapter 7.
