[jira] [Created] (IVYDE-282) Allow specifying individual properties, in addition to be able to use properties files

Allow specifying individual properties, in addition to be able to use properties files
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: IVYDE-282
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IVYDE-282
             Project: IvyDE
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: classpath container
    Affects Versions: 2.1.0
            Reporter: Phil Clay
            Priority: Minor

IvyDE currently allows you to specify properties files globally (Window | Preferences | Ivy | Settings | Property files) and per project (Edit Library | Settings | Property files).

In addition to being able to use properties files, I would like to be able to specify properties directly via IvyDE instead of having to create a properties file and include them.

Our use case is that we generate eclipse projects (i.e. the .classpath file) for many projects (40+) and we need the ability to specify some properties that vary per project. It would be great if we could do that as part of the library configuration, rather than having to generate properties files, and then include them in the library configuration.
