[attributes] Performance of Commons-Attribute

Hello.

We are planning in using Spring framework for declarative transaction demarcation
in our application either by providing an XML configuration or by
using Commons-Attributes (meta-data).

Due to the big number of objects and method, as performance is an
issue we are trying to see how well C-A would perform. Can someone
provide some insight on this topic (maybe even a benchmark)?
