9.4.0 Release Time is closing

Hi dev team

I would like to share and update, according to the 9.4.0 milestone[1],
we only have one last mission before cutting the 9.4.0 release.
If anyone has something in mind to include in this release(planned in
next week), please let me know.

Hi, due to some extra work in https://github.com/apache/skywalking/issues/10366 I've
moved it to next milestone.
