Bad CVSROOT

Hi,
 I tried to start my build process, I got the following message. My CVSROOT environment variable is set properly. 
 
The content of CVSROOT variable is : 
 
":pserver;proxy=10.0.1.3;proxyport=80:name@cvsserver:/home/cvsroot"
 
build process output is :
 
"
Buildfile: C:\Projects\buildprocess\build\ecpBuild.xml
Build ECP:
[get.build] cvs checkout: Unknown method (`pserver;proxy=10.0.1.3;proxyport=80') in CVSROOT.
