The Apache.Avro.Tools 1.11.1 NuGet package contains several binaries of System.CodeDom version 6.0.0+4822e3c3aa77eb82b2fb33c9321f923cf11ddde6:
 * tools/net5.0/any/System.CodeDom.dll
 * tools/net6.0/any/System.CodeDom.dll
 * tools/netcoreapp3.1/any/System.CodeDom.dll

The package however does not contain the legal notices for System.CodeDom:
 * Copyright notice: The DLL files themselves contain "© Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved." but there seems to be a .NET Foundation copyright involved as well; the LICENSE.TXT file in the System.CodeDom 6.0.0 package says "Copyright (c) .NET Foundation and Contributors".
 * License terms: The LICENSE file in the Apache.Avro.Tools contains the MIT license terms for the Json.NET library but does not state that they apply to System.CodeDom as well.
 * Third-party notices: I'm not sure whether System.CodeDom actually has any third-party code in it, but the System.CodeDom 6.0.0 package does contain a THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.TXT file.
