[users@httpd] How to cache files in memory on Apache / Win 32 binary installation

Hi all ,
I'm running Apache 1.3 / Win2000 ..installed from the
binary (msi) dist . I wish to cache frequently viewed
static html + media files (wmv , mpg ) . I don't know
how to enable the CacheFile directive and it's
relevant mods on Windows/binary install . How do I do
it ???
