[Issue 53509] Unable to read a .mml file

MathCast 0.92 can write the special characters without entity, see settings in
MathCast. You can then delete the the <!doctype line. Or you use Equation >
Export Equation. That will give you the pure math-element as file. I'm going to
change the detection in AOO so, that it is able to detect math fragments too,
not only complete <?xml -files, see issue #126230.
