   ### Summary
   
   `ops` exposes audit-log listing and cleanup. Neither endpoint had a dedicated contract test.
   
   ### Changes
   
   - `listAuditRecords` forwards the audit filters
   - `cleanupAuditLogs` posts the retention cutoff and returns the deleted count
   
   ### Testing
   
   `vitest run src/api/auditLogs.test.ts` passes: 2 tests, 0 failures (first coverage for this area). `tsc --noEmit` and `eslint` are clean.
