It would be nice to run Sling Starter Docker image with extra Java settings (`EXTRA_JAVA_OPTS`) in the debug mode with a single command:
```
docker run -p 8080:8080 -p 5005:5005 -e JAVA_DEBUG_PORT=5005 -e EXTRA_JAVA_OPTS='-Xms256m -Xmx2048m' apache/sling:snapshot
```

In the current version (12), docker images are only built for the `amd64` platform. I am unable to run Sling Starter on e.g. macs with M1.


I have prepared a patch with my proposal: [https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-starter/pull/80.] Unfortunately, DockerHub Automated Builds still doesn't support it.
