[DISCUSS] Roadmap

Hi,

I started a Roadmap page on the wiki.
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SAMOA/Roadmap

Given that the roadmap will be subject to frequent change, the wiki seems a
good place to keep it, as opposed to the website (although we should put a
link to it on the website).

I ported there some of the ideas we had previously. I also left a couple of
stubs for currently ongoing ideas (naive Bayes and the feature extraction
pipeline). Olivier and Matthieu, feel free to fill them in.

Right now it is just a collection of ideas, but as more ideas come in
probably we can think about how to organize it better.
