Creating a release branch

FYI
I am going to be creating a release branch for our first Ambari release.

Hi Folks,

I have cut a branch-0.9 and created a release candidate ambari-0.9-incubating-rc0. One can download the release candidate from http://people.apache.org/~vikram/.

I will be sending an email for a vote soon.
