Loading full view XML templates on startup so we can define more then one
component in a full xml view.

It would be especially nice for implementing a template engine with more then
one level because right now you have to choice. Write a lot of different xml
files or store all the non-top-level elements inside the global Clay xml file,
wich can become quite huge with this approach.
