Questionable email

Hello all! This is not spamassassin related (altho i do use it on my
mail server). I just got this email and i am wondering if this is just a
case of someone using my email address or did someone send this email
via my mail server?
Here is the email

The message presumably originated at
c-69-140-15-122.hsd1.md.comcast.net. It's just someone forging your address.

Do a web search using the terms spam and backscatter.
