Julian Feinauer updated PLC4X-109:
----------------------------------
    Description:
Currently the Triggered scraper can be used to Trigger when a field value changes to a given value. But often times you want to trigger when a field value changes generally (no matter what the new value is).
This Ticket aims to implement such a "value-changed" Strategy.
